Bourbon Steak DC has earned a place on OpenTable’s 2026 list of America’s Top 100 Hotel Restaurants. The Michael Mina steakhouse is the only Washington, DC hotel restaurant included in this year’s national selection.

Four Seasons announced the recognition, noting that Bourbon Steak DC was selected among the country’s standout hotel dining destinations. OpenTable’s list is based on more than 10 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics collected between May 2025 and April 2026, including diner ratings and five-star reviews.

Located within the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Bourbon Steak DC is the flagship steakhouse from award-winning chef Michael Mina. The restaurant is known for its modern American menu, premium steaks, seafood, and one of the district’s most respected wine programmes.

The recognition arrives as Bourbon Steak marks its 17th year in Washington. During that time, the restaurant has built a strong following among local diners as well as hotel guests and visitors looking for a high-end steakhouse in the capital.

General Manager Andres Sweek credited the achievement to the restaurant’s team and its loyal customers. He said the recognition reflected the passion and dedication of the staff, while continued support from diners had helped make it possible.

OpenTable’s list covers hotel restaurants that have consistently received strong feedback for their food and hospitality. Bourbon Steak appears alongside restaurants from major hotels across the country, but it is Washington’s sole representative in the 2026 edition.

That distinction gives Bourbon Steak DC something no other hotel restaurant in the city can claim this year. After 17 years in Georgetown, its place on the list suggests the restaurant has maintained its reputation while hotel dining continues to become a bigger part of how travellers and local diners choose where to eat.
