NoMad is heading to Singapore, with Hilton confirming that the luxury hotel brand will make its Asia Pacific debut in late 2026. In its official announcement, the company said NoMad Hilton Singapore will open in the heart of Orchard Road. The 19-storey hotel will feature three dining and cocktail concepts, along with a poolside lounge.

Food and drink will clearly be a major part of the hotel’s identity. NoMad Grill will bring a New York-style chophouse and brasserie feel to Singapore, with dry-aged meats, wood-fire cooking, seafood and tableside service.

Sticky Fingers will take a more playful approach, combining nostalgic dessert energy with a more grown-up nighttime concept. By day, it will serve house-made gourmet soft serve sundaes, while at night it will turn into an intimate cocktail bar built around dessert and drink pairings.

The Tropicana Club is the hotel’s cabaret-inspired cocktail bar, drawing from both Havana’s famous Tropicana Club and Singapore’s own Tropicana Club heritage. Expect classic drinks such as Martinis, Daiquiris, and Manhattans, alongside tropical cocktails influenced by Singapore and Southeast Asia.

There will also be Lú Bar, a poolside space designed as a quieter retreat with greenery, soft furnishings, and aperitivo-style drinks.

Hilton says the food and beverage programme will be led by Leo Robitschek, NoMad’s global head of bars and hospitality development. Robitschek has previously earned major industry recognition, including a James Beard Award and placement on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.

NoMad has also appointed Josh Harnden as global culinary director. Harnden previously worked at Eleven Madison Park and will help shape NoMad’s wider culinary direction, including the Singapore opening.

For the Singapore property itself, Lorenz Hoja will serve as director of culinary, bringing experience from restaurants across Europe, the Maldives and Singapore, including L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.

Bernardo de la Garza has also been named general manager of NoMad Singapore. He previously held senior roles across brands including Six Senses, Hyatt, Accor and The Standard.

With its Orchard Road location, big-name culinary team and three distinct dining concepts, NoMad Hilton Singapore looks set to be much more than just another luxury hotel opening.
